4 Elements has been running in Tirana since 2000, which makes it one of the longer-standing venues of its kind in Albania. There is a second club under the same name in Sarandë on the coast, so check which one you are heading for — they are a four-hour drive apart.

The Tirana club sits on Rruga Barrikadave, in the centre and within walking distance of Skanderbeg Square. It runs as a nightclub as much as a strip club, with live music and event nights alongside the dancers.
