Metropolis is a tabledance lounge in the centre of Leipzig, on Grosse Fleischergasse, and says it has been part of the city’s nightlife for around twenty years. It presents its programme as a mix of erotic dance and pole acrobatics rather than one or the other.

Opening is consistent through the week — Monday to Saturday from 10pm, closed Sundays. A drinks list and a separate specials page are published online, and gift vouchers can be bought through the site.
